    Wandering 5th ave., notebook in hand. Don’t really know where to go. Decide it’s not where I should be.

    Turning around i walk back, into 25th street.
    A film crew is getting things ready. A bunch of white balloons float, attached to a rearview mirror.

    They are blown away by the wind, passing in front of my face. A man yells “the balloons!”.
    I reach up, jump, catch them. Hand them back.

    Keep walking to that dinner party.
