New York photographer Randy Scott Slavin creates surrealist 3-D panorama landscapes by digitally “stiching” together hundreds of photographs. His new exhibition “Alternate Perspectives,” on display at the Kristen Farrell Gallery (339 West Broadway) now, includes a number of New York shots, but also includes landscapes from Big Sur to Florida.
“I love surrealist art that has a grounding in reality,” he told the Huffington Post. “I want to take a series of photos based on things we’ve already seen and look at them with a new perspective.”
“Alternate Perspectives” is showing through August 12.
